Claims

If you should not be satisfied with our products we will immediately send another steering rack and displace the claimed one. After receipt of the reclaimed steering rack we will furnish a detailed opinion with photo documentation and comprehensive explanation of all measured values.

Reconditioning

In spite of the good availability, it may be that one reference is not available at present. In this case we will be able to recondition your own core/cores within a short period. You will always be able to offer an acceptable alternative to your customer!
